24 Christmas tree farms within 60 miles of Houston in our listings.
When should I go?
Christmas trees: typically Late Nov to Dec. Most choose-and-cut farms open around Thanksgiving weekend. Seasons vary by region and weather, so check with the farm.
Is the information current?
Listings come from public directories and many were last updated in 2024. We show each listing date. Always confirm hours with the farm.
What should I bring to a u-pick farm?
Water, sun protection, closed-toe shoes that can get muddy, hand wipes and a way to pay. On hot days bring a cooler for the drive home. Bring your own containers only if the farm allows it. For Christmas trees add gloves, a tape measure and straps. See our first u-pick visit guide and the choose-and-cut checklist.
Do farms take cards or only cash?
Many farms take cards, but small farms and farm stands may be cash only or have slow card readers with weak cell signal. Bring some cash to be safe, and check the farm's website.
